We have constructed an eight storied commercial building adjacent to the existing Hotel building, out of which, four floors has already rented out to M/s Mahaleksmi textiles and a portion of the ground floor to M/s Josco Jewellers. The remaining floors are converted to Hotel guest rooms and we have come out with a new concept of service/ studio apartments. Upon completion we will altogether have 36 guest rooms and 14 studio apartments. We have renovated the existing hotel and it’s almost complete, just the final finish required. Tiruvalla situated on the western side of the district. Its name is derived from famous “Sri Vallabha” Temple. This small town is very peaceful and accommodates all sections of the society. It has off late become the dream destination of Non Resident Indians (NRI’s) as many tend to settle down here in very posh bungalows.
